According to a study, It is H1Bs from Bangaldesh, Nepal and Pakistan are the worst hit by Bodyshop abuses and in that order.
Typically, H1bs from Bangladesh, Pakistan and Nepal, converts to a greencard, normally, in 1and 1/2 yrs. However, the greencard process is not started by the bodyshop employers for 2 to 3 yrs, because, getting them a greencard cuts into their spread. Spread sometimes can even exceed the pay of the H1b employee.
